Year 6 Residential to Gilwell - photos

Year 6 had their long-awaited residential to Gilwell, Chingford, at the end of last term with four days of fun and adventure.

During the week the children undertook lots of activities and challenges such as: 3G swing, firefighting, backwoods cooking, shelter building, low ropes, high all aboard and much more. The glorious weather - and lack of rain - made for a fantastic week. We also had evening activities including a very exciting campfire. 

The children were a credit to the school and their families. A big thank you to the school adults who volunteered their time.

We look forward to hearing all about Year 5 residential next week and hope they have the same lovely weather!
