Year 5 and 6 Girls Cricket at South Loughton Cricket Club

Thrilling day of Kwik Cricket at South Loughton CC. We played three games in the morning to try and qualify for the top three spots to be played after lunch. We just missed out! Even though we had won two out of our three matches which would have been enough, we were level with three other schools and so wickets had to be taken in to account.

The girls were down hearted at being so close, but they kept their chins up and continued to absolutely thrash the afternoon’s competitors for a very comfortable 5 place out of 8 (top of our group)

We had a catch of the day by Molly and hands down the best chants!
Well done girls, you did the school proud.
