Pupil Asset Teething Problems
Following our switch to Pupil Asset we recognise there have been some issues with logging in and with receiving information. One thing that has come to light is that if you are using the App you will not get an alert that we have sent you an email.
You will need to check your own personal emails or texts to ensure you are not missing any information from school – please do check on a daily basis.
Also, if you are having trouble getting into Pupil Asset you must have used the 'first time logging in option' on the website. Your username is your email address, and your password must contain 8 characters of which at least one must be a number.
