Anti Bullying Week Activities and Odd Socks Day
Next week is Anti Bullying Week and we will be doing lots of activities with the pupils for this week, including assemblies, class work and activities with their buddies. It is hoped that the pupils will gain an understanding of what bullying is and where they can get support from if this arises but more importantly how to be a good friend and ensure that school is a happy place to be for everyone.
Also part of our work for Anti Bullying Week we will all be wearing odd socks (or tights!) on Tuesday 12th November.
Pupils are invited to wear odd socks or tights to celebrate individuality on that day.
This is not a non-uniform day, so the only part of uniform that should be different is the socks/tights and these can be as colourful, funky or funny as possible!
We will not be asking for donations for this event so no money is needed.
We look for ward to seeing everyone's silly socks!
